Our professional service utilizes specialized, project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project, from its beginning to its end. The purpose of our CM is to control a project's time, cost and quality through all phases. CM is integrated with all project delivery systems, including cost-plus projects, design-bid-build, design-build, At-Risk and Public Private Partnerships.

Our TI involves the customized alterations for our building owner makes to rental space as part of a lease agreement, in order to configure the space for the needs of that particular tenant.
